- Check your email spam box (sometimes files go in as a spam).
- Please verify that the email you gave us is correct – we deliver the logo the same email you provided.
- To ensure that emails from us don’t get junked, add our email address email@example.com to your Contact list, Address Book, or safe senders list.
- Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, Specify the order number and your email address.
