How to download my logo files?

Important: Sign in to your account with the same email you placed your order.

  1. Log in to your account from ‘MY ACCOUNT’ on the top menu
  2. Click on ORDERS
  3. Click on “Download Your Logos”.
  4. This will cause your logo to download in a Zip file.

If you didn’t receive your order within 24 hours, check your spam folder

All the upgrades are sent within 24 hours. If you didn’t receive your order within 24 hours, this is what you should do:

  1. Check your email spam folder (sometimes files go in as spam).
  2. Verify that the email you gave us is correct.
  3. Add our email address to your contact list, Address book, or safe senders list.
  4. Let us know, Email customer service your order number.
