Any email that you send to “www.designfreelogoonline.com” will be considered confidential to within the company and its affiliates unless you have expressly provided us with permission to forward the email to unaffiliated parties.
In order to fulfill the services ordered by you, “Design Free Logo Online” only asks for the information necessary to complete your order.
Your personally identifiable information will never be sold or shared by “www.designfreelogoonline.com” with any affiliated or unaffiliated third parties, except in unusual circumstances as required by law. “Online Logo Makers” shall take reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
User Data Deletion
Send us an email requesting to delete your account at [email protected]. Our team will delete your account and all information manually within 24 hours.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days. The digital files will be delivered via e-mail. The customer needs to provide the correct email.
If you do not receive the files:
1. Check your email spam box (sometimes files go in as spam).
2. Verify that the email you gave us is correct – we deliver the logo the same email you provided.
3. To ensure that emails from us don’t get junked, add our email address [email protected] to your Contact list, Address Book or safe senders list.
Payment
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Singapore. Transaction Currency is United States Dollar (USD).
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into “Online Logo Makers” bank account, the details of which will be provided on request 7, Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for “Online Logo Makers” via Stripe / PayPal who are the approved payment gateways.
REFUND POLICY
We assure you that the product you see in our logo store and created with our logo maker – is the product you will receive. If you did not receive the product you ordered contact our customer service and within 7 days you will get a full refund.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract $1.5 USD + an 8% administration fee.
Since DesignFreeLogoOnline is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
After placing an order the customer automatically has free access to download the basic logo files from MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS page, therefore refunds will not apply on any of the ready-made logos (basic package $29 and $79 package and non-refundable).
Refunds will only be considered for extra services only if the files are not sent and/or the service was not delivered yet.
Claims for non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the order placing the date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received; If the email product will be considered received; sent to you from our server product will be considered received;
There are no refunds for custom Design services such as fonts, colors, custom logos, etc.
Work procedure / Approval of designs
• The ready made logo design will be sent to the customer within hours automatically after confirmation of payment.
• The design will be sent to the customer via email. The customer must provide the appropriate infrastructure for sending/opening files.
• The logo design will be delivered according to the original order as the customer placed it.
• Changes are not included in the price. Any changes will require additional fees.
• The customer may upgrade the design, and change colors or fonts with additional fees.
• Every design template the customer receives will indicate its file type. The file types most widely used on the website are graphics files such as SVG, pdf, ai, eps, jpg, png.
• Every package has a different time frame for completion which can vary depending on the circumstances and design requirements.
Ready Made Logo Packages Fee
Once the customer makes a logo with the AI logo creator and wants to use it, he should select one of the packages and pay.
(Each logo requires one license). That payment gives you the right to use 1 logo as your company logo. If the customer wishes to use another logo/variation of additional color, he/she must purchase an additional license.
Changing the logo after placing the order
The basic logo can be changed and redownloaded from your account. The account remains active for 3 months.
We deliver the files as the customer created them and placed the order.
HD Logo modification: The customer should buy the HD editable files package ( fully editable vector ai + eps + SVG) and change the logo himself with illustrator.
Otherwise, if the customer wishes to receive help from our professional graphic designers, the customer can buy one round of modification service from the design studio and they will correct the logo and resend all the files to you asap.

License
Our website grants you two possible types of license to use the design templates and other products (hereinafter: “the products”):
Regular license – Non-exclusive Logo Templates
In the event that you purchase a logo template or any other product at a regular price, this license enables you and anyone who purchases the template to use the design template. The site www.designfreelogoonline.com will not remove the design template from the website and will continue to trade in the design template with a similar design in connection with another customer or other projects.
You have the option to make adaptations to the design template by means of any program or application. You are not permitted to distribute or sell the template to a third party.
Buyout logo license
In the event that you purchase the website template at a unique price, you receive a buyout purchase license because you are the last one to buy the template. After this purchase, the template is permanently deleted from the www.designfreelogoonline.com directory and will no longer be available to other customers. You may distribute or sell the template to a third party.
Images, illustrations, and fonts
You can use images, clipart, and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly forbidden.
Copyright / Ownership
All products are the property of the website www.designfreelogoonline.com. Our product is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Under no circumstances is the company or its agents liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct or indirect damages, losses, penalties, incidental or consequential damages, or others arising from the use or inability to use our products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to carry out the appropriate research to confirm that the content provided is not acquisition currently in use and/or does not fall under the trademark of a third party, patent or other proprietary rights.
Personal and/or commercial use
You may use the design template without any restrictions as required for commercial or personal use.
designfreelogoonline.com does not provide registration services, nor does it assume responsibility in the event of a plagiarized name, an existing identity or extreme logo similarity.
Responsibility
“Online Logo Makers” takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
Governing law and jurisdiction for this Terms of Use
On accessing this website, you agree that anything related to your access and use of the website and/or its products will be regulated by the laws of South Africa, regardless of conflict of law principles. As such, you also agree to the jurisdiction and personal space exclusive to the courts in Singapore for all such matters pertaining to your access or use of this website and/or its products.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of Cyprus and ABC chooses as its domiciliumcitandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, “Online Logo Makers”.
Variation
“Online Logo Makers” may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
